Great hotel. Best complementary breakfast you will ever get at a hotel. Rooms were great. Mine had a window with blackout blinds for a siesta. Amazing view also, awesome gym and overall a great hotel.
The rooms have paper walls and you can hear everything from the other rooms. This is not good for quality sleep. Breakfast are perfect and stuff is super friendly and helpful!
I stayed at the Hotel due to a concert in the GNP Stadium (previously Foro Sol), and it was great for it. Quick walk (15 minutes tops) from the stadium, nice / big room, clean. The breakfast was good for the level of hotel, also room service is 24 hours from Mon-Sat, so we were able to order some light dinner after the concert. If you have a concert nearby I would totally recommend it.
This is my go to hotel in Mexico city, the rooms are always clean, and the staff in the restaurant are great, the one gentleman always remembers my family.
My wife and I chose this hotel due to its convenient location close to the airport Benito Juarez. They offer airport pick up both ways. The check in was smooth, the clerk very professional, the room was very clean and offered everything we could need for our stay, including coffee.

The only reason I gave a 4 star was due to their taxi service that Holiday Inn provides. The rates that they have displayed in the Lobby didn’t match what the driver actually charged. Yesterday we went to the Basilica and the driver charged us 350 pesos to take us there and 350 pesos to take us back to the Hotel. This morning we were told that the taxi service would be 180 pesos. When the driver took us to the Airport, he charged us 200 pesos. You guys don’t have control of the taxi’s that you guys use to provide service to the guests. The display with the rates that you guys have in the Lobby is false advertisement. Very disappointed with that. We stayed in room # 120.. 25-10 to 27-10-25
I spent a night but it was comfortable and lovely. From the pickup at the airport to the welcoming at the reception to safety and the clean rooms and bathroom. Comfortable bed, good food, close proximity to my intended activity; I had a wonderful time. I got an upgrade to a suite that was just lovely, though I think it will benefit from a sofa being added. They have an underground parking garage for guests and there’s an hourly shuttle to and from the airport, which is a few minutes drive (without traffic). I didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on that but the lunch menu was good and I enjoyed the meal. Don’t take off the band they put around your wrist or you’d find it a hassle to gain entrance after checking in; it’s part of the security protocol. Thank you for a lovely time. Muchas gracias.
